For new clients, please use the contact form or any of the 'book sessions' buttons on the website. If you an existing client, you can also contact the personal trainer directly using the contact details provided to you (e.g. phone, text, whatsapp, email etc).

We can accept cash, bank transfer, or we can generate an invoice for card payments [Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards) for your convenience. Let the personal trainer know your preference.

Yes. Many clients supplement their one-to-one sessions while on business travel or holiday with online. It also works well for clients who prefer online but want the occasional face to face session.

Yes. The more sessions you book, the more you save. Please checkout our pricing page for further info. There maybe be further savings so be sure to discuss your training requirements with the personal trainer prior to booking to ensure your get the best deal for you.

1 hour.

Yes. You should let us know as soon as possible once you become aware of the need to re-book. If you cancel a session less than 24hrs before the appointment, you will be charged for that session. 

Your options are almost endless. You can train indoors (e.g. at-home, at workplace gym, at hotel gym or a local gym depending on availablity).  Or you can train outdoors in parks, open spaces around London, open spaces near home, work or hotel.

Please note, if planning to use gym facilities, please discuss this with the personal trainer, there maybe an additoinal cost depending on the gym or you may need to check with the gym owners that its OK for you to bring a personal trainer.

Central London, primarily in the areas of Tower Bridge, London Bridge, Southbank, Westminster, City of London. It is possible to meet for a session outside of these areas, please discuss your preference with us first.

Yes. The price will be based on single sessions.
