With over 20 years of experience in personal training and strength & conditioning coaching, I combine expert programming with 5 years of hands-on practice in sports and remedial therapy.

I hold an accredited Level 4 qualification in Sports Massage Therapy (awarded in 2025), supporting injury prevention, recovery, and performance.

I am also certified in wet and dry cupping therapy (Hijama) by The SUUK Ltd.

This integrated approach helps clients achieve results while staying mobile, pain-free, and performing at their best.

Sami Tertar is a highly experienced personal trainer with over 20 years in the fitness industry, specialising in body transformation, strength and conditioning, and performance coaching.

Alongside his training background, Sami has spent the past 5 years practising sports and remedial therapy and massage, helping clients recover from injury, reduce pain, and improve movement.

He holds an accredited Level 4 qualification in Sports Massage Therapy (awarded in 2025), as well as certification in wet and dry cupping therapy (Hijama) through The SUUK Ltd.

This combination of training and therapy allows clients to achieve faster, safer, and longer-lasting results.
